As the ‘Best Value Leisure Chain’, Treehouse Hotels features curated hotels, resorts, apartments and villas across India to suit the choice of properties, experiences and locations for its guests.

With hygiene digital presence and promotions in place, they empanelled Nine Triangles to propose digital strategy and execution framework aimed at augmenting bookings & occupancy.

What We Did

Easiest thing was to do the detailed media planning and increase budgets to generate more leads. But we took holistic approach using primary and secondary research.
We did small sample survey to gauge customer mood. From the brand side, we conducted a detailed audit of all digital channels (including PMS, CRM, Loyalty Program etc.) and properties thereof.
Armed with insights, we designed offers matching audience segments & properties. We designed assets and chose media avenues aligned with objective – deployed A & B testing. We also re-vamped digital assets including their website.

What We Achieved

We saw a jump of over 200% in bookings and sustained the same in subsequent months riding on these campaigns & changes we made to the process.
