ICICI Bank Personal Loans

We were entrusted with an assignment by the Personal Loans team for digital creative production for defined digital asset placeholders with an objective to optimize responses (CTR etc.) & funnel.

Given that there are multiple stakeholders and that marketing compliances are centralized, it was imperative to work under the defined framework. Yet, we had to bring about the creatives which ensured we met the objectives.

While it was well defined ‘Creative Production Work’, we adopted strategic process (which included developing deeper understanding of the product, placeholders, customers and analytics data we could get) in terms of defining the language for communication and visual treatment – before & during production.

Eventually, we devised a method which translated 'From Communicating to Customer' to 'Communicating With Customer'. A method where all the communication was designed at the intersection of at least two of these three - Context, Product and Need.
